Emmanuele is the Managing Director of Tolomeo Bank Ltd and a seasoned banking executive with over 20 years of international experience in financial services. He brings a strong track record of leadership across corporate governance, strategic planning, treasury, risk oversight, and organizational development, with a reputation for combining strategic vision with disciplined execution to deliver sustainable growth and long-term value.

Since joining Tolomeo Bank in October 2016, Emmanuele has led the institution’s strategic direction with a clear focus on profitability, operational excellence, regulatory alignment, and market development across the Caribbean. In his role as Managing Director, he oversees senior management across multiple departments, acts as a key link between the Board and the organization, and drives initiatives that strengthen decision-making, improve financial controls, and enhance overall business performance. Under his leadership, the bank has advanced multi-year strategic plans, reinforced internal accountability, and improved operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of compliance and client service. He has also overseen significant budget responsibility, guided performance management frameworks, and supported the development of a strong internal culture centered on accountability, resilience, and results.

Emmanuele is particularly valued for his ability to align long-term vision with practical execution. His expertise includes board-level governance, capital allocation, risk and regulatory leadership, and the development of high-performing teams in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments. Fluent in Italian, English, and French, Emmanuele brings a truly international perspective to executive leadership, supported by deep experience working across Europe and the Caribbean.

Marianne is a senior executive with over 20 years of international experience across banking, international payments and financial services, with a strong track record in leadership, governance and strategic development. She has held Board-level and Chief Executive roles within regulated institutions, overseeing operations, risk and growth across multiple jurisdictions.

Marianne is recognized for her disciplined approach to execution, organizational development and regulatory alignment, supporting sustainable business performance and long-term value creation.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Marianne enjoys travelling, writing poetry and spending time with her family and friends. Alongside a strong interest in international business and economic developments.

Rosemarie joined Tolomeo Bank Ltd in 2016 and was appointed Chief Compliance Officer in 2023.

With over twenty-five years of experience in international banking, she brings extensive expertise in risk and compliance. She holds AMLFC and ACAMS certifications.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.

Denicia joined the Bank as Accounting Manager in 2022 and since then, she has also been given responsibility for managing the BackOffice. She began her career in the auditing field; gaining experience across a wide array of sectors, particularly banking, financial services, retail and public services.

A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) with 10 years' experience in the field, Denicia remains committed to providing quality service supported by continued growth and development.
